I’ll also share my own process: the little sparks that inspire me, how I shape them into poems, and why creativity is one of the most powerful ways to support your mental health.
I'm Allison—a writer, poet and, of course, a mother. I’m so honored to be speaking at the Mental Health and Motherhood Summit. I've experienced postpartum anxiety and panic attacks, infertility, and medical trauma. I care deeply about supporting other mothers in their own journey.
